Experience/Bio
Tom McNeish was born and raised in Winfield, and is proud to call Winfield home.

Tom graduated from Winfield High School in 1979, and from the University of Kansas in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.  He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Wichita State University in 1990.

Prior to starting and operating Skyerock Networking, Tom worked as a computer systems analyst in Wichita and Topeka.

In addition to owning and operating Skyerock Networking, Tom is business manager of McNeish Oil and manager of 800 Main Place.

In the ten years that Tom has served on the Winfield City Commission, he has been Mayor in 2003, 2007 and 2010.  He has served as the Strother Field Commission chairman in 2002 and 2006, and as that commission's vice chairman in 2001 and 2005.
